The payment is due at time of request/service for the listed fees.

Records & Reports

• Defense attorneys and insurance companies:
  • $10 Per report
  • $25 Electronic media and photos
• Non-defense attorneys, general public, etc.:
  • $0.30 Per Page plus Staff Time of $19 per hour (1 hour minimum)
  • $25 Electronic media and photos

Fingerprint Fees

• $10 - Background checks for teaching, nursing, securities, etc.

Dog Tags (Due Annually)

• $4 Spayed/Neutered
  
• $8 Per animal if not spayed or neutered
• (Copy of receipt for rabies vaccine required before tag is issued)
