Chris Griffin moved to Clearwater in July 2011. He and his wife of 26 years have one son, a student at Clearwater High School.
Chris is a graduate of Trident Technical College in Charleston, SC, from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville TN, and from Nazarene Theological Seminary in Kansas City, MO. Chris has been an ordained minister in the Church of the Nazarene since August 1997.
Chris Griffin currently pastors the Clearwater Church of the Nazarene. He has served on the Clearwater Fall Festival Committee for two years and last year was on the Christmas Comes to Clearwater Committee. Chris is President of the Clearwater Ministerial Alliance and is volunteering time as a chaplain with the Clearwater Police Department.

"These are exciting and challenging days in Clearwater. Some of the challenges I see facing Clearwater are improvements to our roads, to enhance the business climate in Clearwater, and to make improvements to water and sewer services. I welcome the opportunity to work with the council as we face these challenges."
